Toytec 3" LIFT, throttle body spacer, k&n cold air intake
Hey guys, I own a 2001 4x4 extended cab tacoma on a 3" toytec lift kit with the whole front end redone ( new R/L steering knuckles, lower R/L control arms, steering pump and rack, toytec 3" lift kit with add leaf, wheel bearings). My problem is with the rack itself. First one that was installed only lasted 5000km then stuff failed internally, now my new rack has gone in under a 500km. The recently installed rack was under warranty. The issue was that pressure was building up and pushing fluid out through the sterring pump reservoir and my steering goes haywire. Im dogwalking and going out of alignment. It also destroyed my ti-rod ends. This was all professionally installed.

My question is what could possibly cause this issue if the new rack has not internally failed.

    Thanks!
