Daystar UAC poly bushings discontinued??

k&n cold air intake, cat back exhaust, 3 inch drop, low pro wide tires, 11 inch sub.

I need help finding replacement poly bushings for my upper control arms. The thing is, I have the 5 lug 2wd UAC's and can only find them for the 4wd or the OEM rubber ones. Supposedly when I bought the truck it had aftermarket UACs with energy suspension. The ride was real comfortable but now they're shot and I can't align the truck anymore. I have 3 questions:
1. Where can I find comparable replacement bushings?
2. How do know what kind of control arms I have?
3. Would I have to convert to 4wd control arms?
