W59 rattling in 3rd,4th,and 5th

    Sas swap, dana 44 high pinion front, Corporate 14 bolt locked, disc brake conversion. 8 inch superlift springs on 39.5 iroks, 5:38 front and rear. Hydraulic assist, 3 inch body lift, Yukon axles front/rear, bilstein shocks, CAI, rock ripper header.
    Not sure what's going on, replaced my clutch last week drove fine for a couple of days now under acceleration and coasting I've got this rattling noise. the noise starts in 3rd gear and is from around 1500-2200 rpms before it finally goes away, but as soon as the rpms drop it comes right back. Haven't changed the fluid yet, I checked for proper level in trans and transfer case.
