I been wondering this myself... gonna be keeping an eye on this thread

I'd like to see it done on a 01-04 bodystyle. Anyone got a spare grill to toy around with?

I'm toying with the idea of having my grill shell painted on my 03. Not sure what I'd use to fill it after. Billet or homemade... I haven't gotten quotes yet on the paint or I'd probably know already.

Thanks Tiger.

Does anyone know if the 5 lug and 6 lug grill shells are the same on the 01-04s? If so, I'll hit up the junkyards and pick one up to have painted.

Hmmmm...http://www2.partstrain.com/store/ind...94963700+11921

Ground shipping is $40, but it'd probably be easier to paint than a chrome grill shell

Ebay has probably the same part for ~$80 shipped.

I guess I'll call some body shops in the area for a price on paint... can the fender flares come off easy? I haven't tried, but it looks like they're just bolted to the inner fender. Are they also stuck with the 3m tape?
