    Check out my build
Under the dash, up the left pillar, across the headliner and onto the map light section

I don't think I removed the pillar cover. Just pulled the door rubber back a little and stuck it under, then tucked it under the top edge when I went under the headliner.

It's just a couple of clips and one "hook" thing that is aimed forward into a hole in the body.

So you have to pull out and back (towards the rear of the cab) if you don't want to break the hook thing.

Thats what I started doing when I first hooked up the reciever, but gave up because I was tired and the rubber didn't want to cooperate. I'll do some tinkering this weekend. Thanks!

Mine is on the A pillar. People can't even tell they're on bluetooth when they're talking to me. Can post a pic if you'd like.

I routed mine up the A-pillar and onto the driver's visor (used a card slid into the plastic 4wd notice to hold it). Mine unplugs like a normal mic so I was able to drop it down next to the windshield and under the dash.

I did this. Removed the clip from the microphone, drilled a hole in the trim (from the backside, test the hole size by drilling into a piece of wood first). Held the mic in place with a small amount of super glue.

    Works fine.
