Well my washer fluid reservoir took a beating after 13 years and finally cracked. I ordered a new one from Toyota directly using a dealer discount. It still came out to $85 dollars. Do you think I should have tried fixing it or did I do right?

    You're suffering from buyer's remorse.

Return it and tell them you'll just fix the old one.... they'll completely understand. They see this all the time.

No haha. I don't regret buying it, I mean I did my research and all the ways to fix it just didn't look good to me.

damn $85? I have a $12 generic one off Amazon that sits in the engine bay so it doesn't get hit with every rock my tires pick up.
