Got my Tacoma aligned today after installing my OME lift from Wheelers.

Here are the results (before on top, after on bottom):

Should I be worried about the caster number at all?

Those should be higher than that. Mine are in the high 2's and I am at 1.75

I know with 3 inch on 2nd gen you need new UCA's not sure on 1st gen. But how does it ride on the highway?

I've been 50-55mph with it, no issues.

Those numbers aren't bad. The only way you will get higher caster numbers is going to be with aftermarket ucas.

The other thing is you might want to have your left and right camber the same or at least a little closer to each other. Are you experiencing a pull at all?

With OME 881's on my truck the best results were 0 camber, 0 toe, and 0.5 caster. Freeway driving was really loose and darty. With SPC UCA's I got 0 camber, 0 toe, and 2.1 caster. I think its a neccesary investment if you can afford it.

No pull, got to higher speeds today and no issues. I did find after the alignment I now have a pop coming from the front drivers side when turning left. My guess is ball joint, but I am curious why I didn't hear it before the alignment. Either way I plan on crawling under there tonight to check all the bolts that might have been adjusted during the alignment to ensure they are all tight.

I had my alignment done after my OME install don't remember the camber settings the truck ( 1st gen) drives great at highway speeds. I also had a pop, changed all of the ball joints and more pop.

Caster seems quite good for stock UCAs. I've got 882s, and my alignment cams are maxed out just over 0 caster.

Ditto, I've got goose eggs with 882's and stock UCAs. Not a big deal, I clear 255/85s at full stuff with 4.5" BS.
