problem with bilstein 5100 rears

well i got the eibach/bilstein kit from toytec and came in thurs. installed everything in the rear today but when i went to put the shocks after the AAL was done i just couldn't make one side work. i guess there are 2 different shocks for the rear with one being longer then the other. i check the part numbers and both shocks have the same number BE5-D560. so anyone know how toytec's customer service is? also one weird note, when the shocks (that have the same part number) are put side by side, they are different. the hole for the bottom bushing is all cock eyed on one when compared to the other one? not sure whats going on but they are definitely not the same shock even if the part numbers are the same. not to happy with the situation right now

From what i know Toytec is pretty good with customer service & for your records the pass.side is longer than dr.side on 1st gens

i checked my invoice and its says (2) of the BE5-D560's. I'm worried that they are going to say that they are correct and won't refund me and tell me I'm wrong and the shocks should both work. which number shock is the longer one too?

They won't do that, & IIRC the longer side (pass.) part # is 1 digit higher which works in your favor but regardless you just need to show them the physical difference, its not much little over an inch, you'll be fine with them i think...

I just installed my 5100s today. From the invoice I got from wheelers it was D559 for driver rear. And D560 for passenger rear.
