    hello taco world,
So Iv been investigating a driveline vibration for a while now. its a suttle "hoaning" noise at 40-50MPH. Also rattling noise on acceleration.
So in the process of trying to solve the issue iv changed all my ujoints. Whilst having the D/S out I stuck my hand on the output flange of the t-case and noticed an 1/8- 1/4 inch of play.
So my consensus that the rear most bearing supporting my rear output shaft is shot. So my question is has anyone rebuilt a t-case before? Any recommendations for just changing that bearing?
I have the FSM and it is telling me i have to split the front housing from the rear then tear apart all the guts. Is there an easier way to do this? any suggestions are appreaciated
