My build thread

Some may read some may not but here's how my build got started, my first truck I ever bought was a 2000 2.7l tacoma when I bought it I knew nothing about trucks. Turned out to be a major money pit about 6 months after I bought it I had nothing but problems out of the front end. Around 10k later the truck was fixed right a swapped to 4x4. Drove it for 2 years no problems after that. About 4 months ago I had a pretty bad accident and totaled it. Insurance gave me pretty much what I had in it so I bought my white one and decided to change it up a little with a v6.

3.4 v6 5 speed
3 inch skyjacker lift
15 inch Mickey Thompson sidebitters
32/11/50 kenda klever m/t's
40 inch led bar 21 inch led bar
Halo headlights (retrofitting own soon)
Led tail lights
White billet grill

That's pretty much all I have done to it right now I just bought it about a 1 1/2 month ago and I'm in college so don't really have much money but have tons of plans soon. Leave comments on what else you think I should do, thanks!

 

nice truck! i have a 99 prerunner. i plan on putting some pro comp series 51 wheels. i have stock wheels now with 265/75r15 tires. i plan on using my stock tires on the new wheels. what wheel specs do you recommend? 15x7 15x8 or 15x10? what offset and backspace do you recommend as well? i have stock height but its a prerunner so it is a little lifted stock.

I would do 15x8 with a little back spacing if I was you that's how mine are I think like -26 of something like that and it would probably look good
