So this past Monday I get into my Tacoma to go to work and someone tried to steal it...metal broke off in ignition, chipped away, etc. On top of that the wheel is in the lock position so I had to drill the old one out and I have a new one with keys ready to go in. However, the receiver tab in the back is stuck in a horizontal position and when I turn the new cylinder to accessory it doesn't match up and connect when I slide it in. I've tried to turn the receiving connector from the back but it doesn't seem to budge at all. I've already missed two days of a new job please help. How do I get the receiving part of the ignition housing to orient with the new cylinder in accessory position...the bottom pin will not slide in at all otherwise??

I used a set of pliers to turn the tab in the back.
