I've read a few posts about the tacoma lean, but i'm not sure if this is the case.
I bought the truck already lifted with the fabtech lift (6inches). It's not the front shocks, i already checked that. But i'm not sure what else it could be?
not sure if it's visible in the pics

The terrain has a lot to do with it sitting level. Find a parking lot or any level paved surface and check it again.

    which 'left'?
Driver or passenger side is more consistent from any viewpoint - like north or south. :D

What about the rear springs are any of them possibly bent or broken?

could be the struts are reversed, I think they add something to compensate for driver and gas tank weight (stronger spring on one side) so if they are reversed you get a noticeable lean. they are marked somehow so you know which side to put them on but I cant say how to tell. (I think its color coded)

It leans on the driver side bowyer2002 and looks like it means evenly front and back.
Keakar I haven't thought of checking the struts, but ill go ahead and look into it, thanks!

You have a fabtech lift..... which I'm not familiar with it. If the fabtech lift uses the stock coils - then they could be reversed. Swap the coil assemblies and see if things level out.

If this isn't the issue...check the rear suspension. Again....I don't know what fabtech uses. The first thing I would check, is your shackles. Make sure they are moving freely. If one of them is 'locked up or frozen' in place, it won't allow the suspension/leaf springs to flex properly. If the drivers side is leaning - chances are, the problem is in the passenger side shackle.
