Missing trim piece

My 1996 Taco is missing a small trim piece just below the driver side headlight. It's about 10" long or so and is painted gold like the rest of the truck. Any ideas where I can get another?

They're black. Crap. Maybe I'll just get both of them replaced so at least they'll match.

I figured they would have to be painted. I wonder if an auto store has a close enough color. It doesn't have to be perfect since the piece is small, so we'll see.

 

I had the same problem as you. When I bought my truck it was missing the "lower headlight filler" on one side. I bought one off Ebay for $10 and went to the auto parts store (NAPA, I think) and had them mix me an aerosol can of my factory paint color for less than $10. Then just spray it with a Dupli-Color or similar clear coat aerosol spray and you won't be able to tell the difference. I wouldn't try to paint a fender or hood with it, but the part is small enough that you can't tell the difference from factory.
