Okay, so I changed out my shifter light this morning. First, I unscrewed the 2 small screws on the bottom front of the knob and tried to pull the knob off (so I could get into the console housing). Once I tried to pull and realize it wouldn't come up I put it back down and screwed it back in. I figured out I could change the light bulb without removing the knob, so I took apart the console and changed the bulb (took me about 15 minutes). I put the console back and started the truck to go to work, but I was not able to shift from Park! I tried taking the Overdrive button out to see if I messed anything up but I couldn't do that because that has wires running all the way thru the shifter! Anyone have any ideas!

Thanks for the reference!! I Decided to mess around with the knob a little bit and got the spring to fall correctly! It now shifts no problem!
