Humming noise from power steering. Noise stops with 45 degree steering wheel turn right or left. Recent New England cold prompted me to quick change shop. Noise started after. Checked fluid with engine off, ran at idle for 5 minutes, checked fluid at full cap engage, fluid appeared red and not gritty and level was at low hot level. Was 5 minutes long enough to register hot? If much should I drain or suck it out?
