Looking to add a Satoshi Grill to my 02 double cab. With "TACOMA".

Looking for any opinions or thoughts.

    Thanks,

Yes. What you have on your truck is what I picture. Just with "TACOMA" instead of toyota. I think it looks clean and bitchin.

Is DIY easy enough for mechanical noob?

Are you talking about the large steel cut letters?

    Like this?

Its pretty easy, you dont really have to be mechanically inclined as its basically cutting, sanding, and drilling. But you get what you put into it. Take your time and make everything look great before paint. Mine took about 5 days to do but that was working on it between stuff and figuring out how to do it as i went.

Yea that's exactly what I'm looking for. What are the letters made of? Metal? How are they affixed to the mesh?

    Thanks for the link.

Pretty sure it's metal, I dont much like the look of that large of letters on a small grill. But it's whatever you like. I think most people use 2 sided 3m sticky adhesive something...

"Raptor Style" grill mod, aftermarket wheels, 265/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Authorities, TRD Shoulder pads on seat belts, no mud flaps, AVS Hoodflector bug shield *removed*, Dee Zee Ultrablack Bull Bar w/ license plate mount, dipped my fuel door for no reason, N-Fab Spare tire mount w/ full size matching spare, dipped eyelids onto my headlights for no reason, dipped my hood for no reason
I've got those letters on mine. You can see in the sig. They are great quality metal, and there is an option for them to come painted but I just did that myself. I fixed em' onto my grille with 3m extra strength molding tape.
