2000 Tacoma 2.7 Manual SR5 4x4; Manual Hub

For pics 1-3, what is the proper inexpensive care for this or is it something you wouldn't worry about?

For pics 4-5, how do I get this installed correctly? I purchased this truck missing the front right so I replaced it with the same parts (even took of the front left to compare) but can't get it to fit snug against the vehicle like the other 3.
