Searched around and couldn't find much. I'm looking to buy a front diff that has a locker and gears already setup. Problem is the diff came out of a tacoma with an ADD. My tacoma is manual locking. Will this work??

Yes, just switch the add tube for your manual tube.

You will probably have to read this several times if you have never been inside an ADD dif.

Currently have 4.10 but the front diff of the add is 4.88 which is what I want. Looks like a lot of work. Will my axles still work with it?

You want that diff. That way you can switch on and off the front locker. Need to make a tight turn, switch off the front add and have 3 wheel drive and lessen the risk of breaking the front end.

With my manual hubs? Wouldn't that switch off both front axles with a locker? I was going to lock one hub and if I need the extra traction I could lock the other. I'm not sure exactly how an ADD works.

That is what the ADD diff would do. Lock both hubs and run that way. If you need to make a real tight turn or getting too much bind, flip off the ADD switch, which you'd have to wire up, and you are essentially doing the same thing but not having to get out of your truck every 10 minutes

I plan on installing a twin stick shifter for that. Turning the add switch off would disengage the front diff then right? (both axles?)

It will disengage one side of the diff, the passenger side.
