Hi there, from australia and i have a Hilux 04 3.4 v6 4x4, xtra cab. i bought it last november with 65000 miles on it, it now has 70k. Since then ive put new plugs in, new fuel filter, changed rear diff oil, greased drive shaft etc, done the deck plate mod and done the usual oil and filter change.

Im thinkin bout tackling the timing belt (if its even needed), if so do i need any special tools?

Is there anything else i should be doing as well?

    Cheers

So at what mileage should the Tacoma's get their timing belt replaced? Dealers say 90K and some people say 120K ?
