    hey guys im looking at changing myfactory speakers to new ones im also going to get a new head unit what speakers does anyone recomend for my 03 tacoma i need help on which ones to get for cheap maybe not to expensive

    Step bars, billet grill with custom TOYOTA, MB Quart RSI 216 components, Hifonics ZXi 4410, RAAMmat deadened doors/back wall/roof covered with ensolite , 24" Magnaflow muffler, hand polished stock exhaust tip, tinted, OEM TRD Bilstiens all around with 1/4" spacers up front to level it out. Sport wheels added.

    Bilstein 5100's front and back, dakar 3" leaf springs, Westin bull bar, piaa driving lights, piaa replacement bulbs, H/U, 2x10" mtx tt65 subs, 1000w clarion monoblock, Mtx surround speakers. green wire mod. Flowmaster 40, airaid intake. scanguage II.
    I prefer clarion or mtx pro series. But most brands are comparable. I would stay away from Sony, pioneer and Panasonic however. and I would recommend NOT buying speakers at walmart.

    I just got some kenwood 6.5's for the doors. sounds amazing!

    I use Polk db651 speakers, they sound great and hit hard for a 6.5"

    Kenwood excelon 6.5" in the doors running off an excelon deck. With the built in crossovers the decks have now, you can get it sounding really sweet without an amp or any thing else. All about tuning... unless you need to go deaf. Then by all means, get that amp!
    Anyways, it's Kenwood excelon FTW!:D

    kenwood excelon is what I have brotha! sounds beautiful with the 12'' square kicker L5

    A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
    Go listen to some and if you like them then buy them. I prefer round speakers over oval.

    Even the tweeters in the top of the door. I modified the factory brackets and mounted a small tweeter in them. 6.5" in the bottom of the doors, and a KSC-SW1 under the seat.

    I like it!:eek:
