Fail!

Yeah, thanks...me too. I kind of have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it's disappointing for the reasons you stated. On the other hand, it's good that they stepped up to the plate, admitted their mistake, and promised to take care of the problem without being forced to do so.

If some of the domestics had been more proactive about resolving some of their quality problems, maybe they wouldn't be in such bad condition.
