any pics on how you mounted your sliders?

    3" body lift, 3"suspension lift,deck plate mod
    I plan on building my own sliders does anyone have a pic on how they mounted yours? I thought about welding them to the frame. Thanks for any help.

    I don't have any pictures....this was on my old 96.

    I didn't want the sliders welded 'fully' to the frame.

    So - I had the shop weld & gusset angle iron to the sliders. The angle iron was about 5" wide where it would fit. They 'stitch' welded the angle iron to the frame.

    The reason for the angle iron - was to cradle the frame for more strength.
