cleaning throttle body

    hey guys this is my 3rd post im new to this forum and have a 1999 tacoma prerunner 4x2 4cyl.. the question i have is ....

    when cleaning the throttle body w/ the stp throttle body cleaner..is it safe to spray the throttle body cleaner beyond the open and close hatch ? i hope i explained correctly. thank you. bye

    32x11.50 and K&N filter drop in
    I took mine off a cleaned it with no problem. I would recomend cleaning all the vaccum ports on the throttle good too, they get clogged also and make sure its dry before starting the motor.
