Painting my fronet and rear bumper?

I was wondering if anyone out there has painted their bumpers black and what kind of paint did they use. I saw something bout linex but i would rather have just a dull flat surface that isn't rugged thanks for your time.

I just did mine today. I used RUST-OLEUM HIGH PERFORMANCE WHEEL. Its a flat black ill get pics up tomorrow if you want to see?

 

I'd like to check it out. my front bumper is rusty on both ends and I'm thinkin of repainting it.

 

as said before....i bedlined mine with herculiner.....and it turned out grerat......this was about a year ago. that stuff aint going anywhere either.
