Hi i bought a table saw from some guy over the weekend and he had a 1gen taco and it had 33 12.50s on it and it look bad ass no lift but the tires stuck way out like a bit past the fenders and i was wondering how do people do this. I got some 33 12.50s on some old rims on my 88 taco so i took them off and tried them on my 99 and they didnt stick out much at all not like the other guys. Is it the rims that do this or maybe a different style tire or what?

i also got some off road mud tires that are 33 12.50s and this sitck way out but are not near as high as my on and off road 33 12.50s

Do some research about BACKSPACING & RIM WIDTH

33 x 12.50's with no lift? Christ, he's probably rubbing the whole way to the grocery store.;)

I dont know i dont think it was lifted. Mine is the trd and i dont think mine is lifted and they fit just fine on my no rubbing. I was thinking maybe spacers but they would look like crap unless u got right rims like mine the center cup fits up even with the lock out hub and if i put spacers in it they wouldnt look right so i figerd it has to be the rims.
