    A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
    Anytime you alter the geometry of your truck you will throw off the alignment. So yes.

    Thank you, thats what i thought but i didnt know if that slight adjustment would affect it

    all it takes is a little change and you gotta throw down $80-100 to get it right again...sucks
