Got My Taco Back Yesterday!

    had the frame, leaf springs, and other things replaced on my 04 under warranty and i'm so glad to have gotten it back. I had them move my front billy's to 2.5" b/c of the added height in the back due to the new springs and i love it being more lifted now.

    Toyota def has it's priorities in order for keeping their customers loyal, b/c the guy at the dealership said that it would have cost $11,000 including parts and labor (if this is true idk) so that's a 11k there and my 98 was in the buy back and i got 11k for that truck to get this one, so pretty much Toyota has given me $22K :D

    Great news Tacomagus. People have been asking what exactly is being replaced when they do the frame swap. Could you put a list up of all the work that was done under the warranty? Thanks.

    It feels great haha, but sorry i don't have the list with me cuz i'm at college at the moment but from memory they replaced obviously the frame, leaf springs on each side, they replaced my e-brake, replaced the joints that connect the fender to the frame, replaced my front and belly skid plates, and i think they even replaced fuel and brake lines, b/c all that tubing looks brand new and other things that i can't remember
