15mm offset on stock alloys?

    I have a bent 16x7" wheel on my 03 PreRunner. I contacted a salvage yard and they asked if it has the 15mm offset. Is this 15mm offset related to how far the wheel is offset from the hub? I looked for numbers on my wheels to check against the one that the have but couldn't find any.

    Thanks for any help.
