    Hey fellows..
Just playing around with the idea...has anyone taken a overhead console out of a 4 Runner or something similar and put it in your truck? How hard would it be to attempt this?

    thanks,
    -Jay

There was some guys on TTORA that did overhead consoles I think. One guy used a suburban overhead console.

I had to hack down the mirror bracket for the new map light to fit over it. The Pos wire going to the stock map light was actually able to plug directly into the 4runner lights but I did have to add a ground wire to complete the circuit.

Great write up! And really looks good .going try it too . Question does the hole you cut had to be that big? Or just cutting a hole so the light switches fit in. Also did you have modify the box to make it flush Mount? Thanks
