Since Toyota is buying back my 2000, can I take off the new tires and rims and use them on a 2004?

Is a 15" rim to small to clear the calipers?

    Thanks,

    getting there....
most 15's are too small....gotta either grind calipers or get spacers. some will fit fine tho..........just a toss up really.

Are they stock rims? I'm not sure if those will clear the calipers since newer Tacos come with 16s stock. If they're aftermarkets they might work for you. I mounted a 15" rim from my old '92 Toyota on my new '01 that fit just fine, except for the tires mounted on it were way too big. The rim was an aftermarket American Racing 15x10 Atlas, but the tire was a 33x12.50. Like I said, the rim fit and cleared just fine, but the tire was way too big for the truck to turn. No problems with the calipers or anything like that, just too big of a tire.
