I just got my taco yesterday. 140k miles. Got on the freeway and it shook for the first 20 minutes doing 65-70 and then stopped. Tried the four wheel today and it chirps tires when the wheel is turned more than roughly 40 degrees. Also rapidly decelerates if wheel is turned like when taking a right or left in 4 wheel. And the diff lock is off, could it be broken/stuck on?

~has it happend since? Vibrations can be from poor alignment or unbalenced wheels.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
If you were in 4wheel on pavement, then the problems you stated are normal. NEVER 4Wheel on pavement (unless there is ice or snow). The 4x4 ecu will let you know if the rear diff is engaged. The REAR DIFF LOCK button would remain lit.
