Black or Chrome?

Are a set of used black pacer 15x8 bullet hole rims worth $250 they are still in the box and have never been mounted but about a year old?

 

I would say yes since you get the whole set for $250. Sounds like a good deal to me as long as you like them.

 

used and still in box? hmmm used and never been mounted? how are they used? as a paper weight?

 

Exactly which model are these rims? Steel or alloy?
