I did alot of research before I bought my truck and for a 4wd double cab it shouldn't be that much unless it's the TRD. I would consider $12500 ideal and up to $13,000 a pretty fair price.

I may be wrong though the KBB suggested retail value of that truck is $16,000.

I think it is a fair price if you are happy with the condition. It appears from the photos to have been bumped in the front. I can tell that the front bumper is too high and right up against the grill in the photos. If the CarFax is clean, then it is nothing major enough to have an insurance co involved.

I paid $12800 for my 03 PreRunner and was happy paying that cause of the condition it is in. IMO, a truck is worth what a man will pay for it. Of course if the bank is involved, then it is worth what a bank will loan you on it.

They wouldn't budge I was there a long time. Its one of those cars that they know they will sell easy. I don't think its a trd but what I was looking for is that its 4x4 Im planning on changing the suspension anyways.

That sounds pretty reasonable to me for a 4x4 double cab. When I was looking earlier in the year, the dealerships wanted top dollar for their 1st gen double cabs. Sure, they were in the 50K mile range, but $17K!? 80K miles is not that much.

Put some wheels on her and she will look sweet!
