    my ashtray slides out whenever i hit a bumb any ideas

    Broken and scratched tailgate, cracked rear tail light lens, coffee stain in driver seat.
    Maybe some tape (electrical or duct) to take of some of the space in the track.

    maybe that would work but i do use it to put change in but once it started i took it all out may it was to hevy slow down with the posts jedi are you trying to get 1000 tonight

    Wow I didn't even realize I was that close, I not much of a sports fan, Packers and Giants, it's -8 degrees outside with blowing snow, don't want to be there, so here I am, :D

    hey my '99 ashtray keeps coming out too.....anybody with a serious solution ot this.......i think the spring is a little worn, but is there something we can apply to the spring to tighten the ashtray's ability to slide in and out.

    I found an answer on custom tacos......someone recommended putting scotch tape on the rails.....usually for me i can go ten minutes and the ashtray would open, but after putting the scotch tape on, i drove around all day and not once did the ashtray open.....awesome.
