Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner

So i have read numerous forums and pages, each one different answer.
can anyone tell me how much OME 882s will lift my 2002 Tacoma 2.7L prerunner ext cab?
i have heard that they will life the 2.7L prerunners almost 3.5 inches up front becuase the engine wieghts less and there are no CVs.
can anyone put some info in on this. thanks.
