Seat Transplanting?

    I have, but it was a part of a much larger round of modifications. When replacing the seats I also flattened the floor to get me sitting as low as possible in the truck. I got tired of my hair brushing the headliner.

    Geez, they make it look like its a huge deal....:facepalm:

    I had 60/40 bench seat in my 96 tacoma. I took those out and installed a set of buckets out of a 95-97 Regular cab (along with the console).

    It was a direct swap, bolts matched up, easy swap.

    The center console bolted up just fine, but because the 'tranny tunnel (or hump)' on the reguar cab was different than mine (access cab), the center console didn't sit flush with the floorboard and rocked ever so slightly.
    I honestly didn't care...it was tight to the floor and the bucket seats ROCKED.

    Those would work, You need to drill in 2 tabs. bend the 3rd one and weld in an extension for the forth one.
