    my 99 tacoma is not engaging in 4wd! All it does is makes a whining noise! Got stuck in a small mud pit! What are some causes? Transfer case? Transmission just rebuilt too! LMK

    cat back magnaflow exhaust- stage 2 k&n intake- URD MAF Sensor Calibrator, Westin bull bar, black housing headlights, yellow fogs, 10000k hid, fog light mod, 3in tuff country lift
    my tacoma did the same thing and it was the actuator
