Yeahhhh something tells me I'll just have to go with what I think I will like the best and hope it turns out alright. I guess the 2" would be better cause then when I put my topper on it, the rear will sit down a little bit and look more level. I just hope it won't lean forward too much with an empty bed.

With my pro comp 2" add-a-leaf I got exactly 2" of lift. So adding 2.5" to the front measurement and 2" to the back measurement would give you a could idea of what it virtually should give you.

Right. But if I set Bilsteins at 2.5", would they actually raise the front 2.5"? And the AALs I am looking at are the ProComp "firm ride" from Toytec

Not really sure man... It just depends on how much your stock shocks up front are sagging.

    That's the exact same add-a-leaf I have.

If you actually off road you want a firm ride, If It's a mall crawler get soft.

But spend the money now for the good stuff cause you will just end up buying it later.

5100s are fine for street and very mild off roading and you will probably not like how soft they are when braking.

Just cause your stock leaf pack is new from Toyota does not mean its a good leaf pack, Stock packs are thick leaves that will sag and not have the ride you want with an AAL.

Custom leafpacks are made for a reason, If you add leafs the right way like Old Man Doug does then you will be better off than a cheap low budget AAL kit.

Are you planning on running larger tires with your lift, thats the only real reason to lift (function wise).

Will you need to run spacer? (Bad Idea)

Well I would assume that the shocks are designed to raise the front 2.5" from the stock height. I just want to keep the front and rear proportional or as close to it as I can. I'll probably end up with the 2.5 setting in front with 2" AAL in rear. Seems like it would be a good fit. Then maybe new coils further down the road to really finish it off.

    Not all that specific....

My truck on stock springs with 2 mildly ARC'd chevy springs yielded 2.5" in rear, the front is at 3" (883#'s on 5100's)

I just got 265/75/16 tires installed yesterday so hopefully I won't need new ones soon. I want a lift for the ground clearance, it's not a mall crawler, and I wasn't planning on spacers.

Lift does not equal ground clearance, You cant lift front too high because of your 4x4 CV axles anyways.

Larger tires do, The tires you got are a 3/4 inch or so larger than stock 31's

My truck is running 265/75/16 with a 2.5 inch in front and 1.5 in back but looks much larger because I have fiberglass fenders with high rise flare.
