Pics of your 1st gen lift? Before and/or after?

I'm wanting to lift my 02 Tacoma and I was wondering if you 1st geners have pics you would post for me to see and get an idea of what I want to do, and what it will look like. If you can post pics and a breif description of what you did, how much it cost to do, and how easy/hard it was, that would be great!!!

Thanks,
Gary

Check out my install build, the link is in my signature.

The install was time consuming, but not too difficult. The parts totaled around $2300.

Heres two pictures of mine. The rear is a revtek AAL with a 1'' lift shackle. In the first picture I have a revtek spacer lift and in the second I have 2.0 Sway-A-Way coilovers

the revtek lift was $900 installed and aligned (I was uneducated and got ripped off). And I got the Sway-A-Ways for $600 installed myself. very easy install.

02 prerunner 2.7

This is a stock with stock running boards, and then with a 2" leveling kit from Rough Country, and procomp 1079's with 285/75/16, instead of the stock 265/75/16.............gave me an overall 4 " lift, and alot of compliments..

all the rough country came with was a shackle and shock replacement in the rear, and a spacer in the front....Me and some friends did it one night while hanging out......

The 285/75/16 fit perfect on stock rims, they don't rub the UCA mainly becuase I have a 1/4" spacer in the front. I think you might be able to squeeze by without the spacer but it would be a tight fit. At full turn the tires rub a wee little bit on the frame, but it only happens when I park

Before... bone stock.

After with a modest 2.5" lift using pro comp front spacers, and rear Skyjacker AAL's. Total cost $225 self installed. Also i have my original size "DONUTS for tires" 235/75/15's. I am going to 32/11.5/15's after Christmas.

Before. When I bought it.

After. Toytec ultimate lift. 305/70R-16 BFG MT's. I later made custom lift shackles for the rear to raise it about another inch. I also put on 285/75R/16 Firestone MT's. No decent pic at this time.

After...After

BTW ppl can post pictures all day long from every angle but they really do not do justice. I could not believe the difference in my truck.

Go for it. You won't regret it.
