Start with that O2/AFR sensor. If that doesn't fix it then you have two options: new CAT or O2 simulator.

Its not hard. Its the sensor closest to the engine on the exhaust....Near the firewall. I belive 2 10 mm bolts, and then unplug it. Its tight in there to get to the plug, so take your time.

Is this it?

It's a 4, got 114,821 miles on it. This is the first time I got that "Check Engine Light" on. I was trying to see If I can fix it myself. I don't wanna take it to the stealer. Hopefully you guys and gals can help a brother out.

That would be Sensor 2. Sensor one will be before the CAT. The code doesn't specify exactly which sensor may be bad. It just says the the two sensors are reporting very similar readings back to the ECU. Sensor 1 should be reporting a waveform while Sensor 2 is generally flatter.

I can't guaranty that changing the sensor(s) will clear your issue though.

Download the FSM if you don't have it already. There should be a section that deals with the code.
