Hey guys, truck started doing the 4th gear slip so I picked up a clutch kit and I plan on doing it on friday. Anything that I need to know first..? Tip's, trick's, special tooling..? Any help is greatly appreciated! Oh and it's a 2.7L with a 5-speed. I've done clutches in Dumptrucks before but this is my first pick-up clutch. Is it a total B**** or just a PITA?

ahhh man just did mine. just label everything that comes off (bolts and nuts). I have the 3.4 so its probably different but getting the bolts off of the bellhousing was terribly hard. had to reach from on top of the engine down. get a haynes manual is the main thing i would suggest. let me know if you have specific questions and i can maybe help
