Tune Up

Hey guys. I was considering doing a tune up on my tacoma this weekend, since it has 145000 on the clock and still has stock everything on it. My questions are: 1. What type/brand of spark plug should I use? 2. What type of wires? Also, the stock wires seems really small to me, is there a set that is more "beefy" that will give me a little more power or is that as big as they get. 3. we have finally hit our first spell of cold weather and now I have noticed that my truck is leaking oil around the oil pan. Could the leak be due to the cold weather and the seals shrinking? and if so, is there an additive that I can use to prevent this. fyi-i have a 99 prerunner xc 2.7l Thanks.

I've never replaced my plug wires, and my truck has just under 137k miles. I thought about doing it not long ago, and looked into a new wire set but was shocked at the price (Autozone) for everything. I saw that quickshipautoparts.com has much better prices though.

Do those wire sets include the 'coils' too that are on the right side bank of plugs? If not, do you recommend replacing them too?
