Can a car dealership or sales representative refuse to give you the diagnostics for your car after they have inspected it and checked it? And can they also refuse a written statement of what is wrong with the car and why the car is damaged the way it is?

what? Did you take your truck in for a repair estimate? I am confused. But if you spent money on a diagnostics I would say they owe you something.
