Slider's... Shrockworks or Demello?

I am thinking about ordering some sliders for my truck, But cant descide which ones to go with. I want a bolt on, and I like the shrockwork's and Demello's. But the shrockworks are cheaper and I think they stick out farther then the Demello's. But I want something form fitted to my body, close but not too close so I cant use them as a step.

Was wondering if someone can tell me If the Demellos can also be used as a step? Or are they too close to the body for that. And Is one brand better then the other? Thanks for any help or input.
