E-brake tight?

I have looked on the site and searched the net... I am trying to findout how to adjust my e-brake.

Anyone out there know how or know of a link that can tell me how to do it plz help.

Sorry if it is on TW i just cant find it. (i bet it is )

Not sure about the earlier Tacomas but I was able to adjust mine under the center console.
