Aside from the obvious transmission problems ( ), I would say it is a good deal.

But I doubt it is a 4cyl and a TRD. That combination was rare (I didn't think they were made after 2000) and even so, all the 4cyl TRDs just had the billy shocks (no locker). I would say be careful about calling it a TRD, someone may have just put the decals on.

Even so, TRD or not, it is a good deal yes.

Oh...sorry for not clarifying!

The TRD package has Bilstein shocks. If the truck is a 6cyl then it also gets a rear electric-locking differential (e-locker or dif lock).

That locker is a great tool for off-roading, because (when activated) it locks the rear axle into giving each wheel the same rotation, instead of the same torque (as a normal open differential does). Otherwise, the rear differential acts like any other open differential.

Any other things I missed? People can feel free to correct anything that I missed...

If it is in great condition then it's a steal. Assuming nothing is wrong with it.
