    Nope- It does not. The TSB usually defines the period of coverage. The rear leaf spring TSB only covers trucks under the factory 3/36 warranty.

    The TSB only gives the Toyota techs solutions to hard to diagnose/repair problems. They don't really mean anything other than that.

    so as I've never dealt with a tsb before, how does this work? I print this page, and bring it to toyota and they fix something?

    As I understand it, when there is a known problem Toyota comes out with a bulletin for the service department to go by. If your under warranty and are experiencing a certain issue, they will check and perform the tsb if it's related to your problem and they can prove that you do indeed need the service. You are entitled to the service as long as your model, year, and vin# are called out in the tsb. Getting it done is a different story sometimes as some dealerships act like they have never heard of a tsb. Try another dealership if you can't get satisfaction.
