I was looking at the differences between the part numbers on the various models in the taco parts list.
I was thinking that the double cab v-6 model must have a larger tank, 20 gallons if I am reading another thread right.
Will it fit in my 2,4L reg cab to give me another 100 or so miles out of a tankful?

    anybody ever try this?

I've got a 2004 V6 double cab TRD SR5...blah blah blah lol and the book that came with it says it holds 19.5 gallons. I've never let it get that low so I don't personally know.

Yeah, my 03 Pre DC TRD off-road only holds around 16 also. It may be cheaper (and easier) to throw a couple of gas cans in your bed.

The most fuel I have put into my truck (fuel light on) was 16.1 gallons.

Look at the back cover of your manual. I think it is 21.
