The DO is going to be an option, as will the light hoop up top.

Estimated price is under $700 for bare metal with no hoop.

Once this bumper is done, the 4th gen runners are getting worked on. After that the 2nd gen tacos.

I personally love the high and tight look of it. CBI just custom made a bumper for a guy with a first gen that also looks badass.

i'd also like to see it with a winch installed.

honestly, i like this design much better than the tube style bumpers most people seem to like.

The angles look quite a bit like the Arb bull bumper, but with different hole placement. Not saying thats a bad thing at all since I really like the Arb bumper as well. We'll have to see what it looks like with the grill guard in place to see if they've done anything different there.

I think I prefer the hole placement for the winch on the Arb, as well as the Arb's turn signals a bit better, assuming those round holes are for the turn signals, and not fog lights. I'm really not into the round turn signal thing.

If they're fog lights, I'm not sure if they're wanting you to move the turn signals into the cornering lights or just didn't plan for that, or the cut outs just haven't been made yet, but for fog light placement, I like it.

Well if someone would buy a spool gun then I could build one that I would actually be satisfied with. No pressure on you to go out and by one or anything.

only the fact that it has all the same angles, ya i havn't cut any fog light holes yet and demellos doesn't have bars on top but other than the bars and hardly any difference in size it is the same. and mines really not that big its the angle of that picture that makes it look like the bottom part goes down farther plus i have a body lift so i had to make up for a little room

Well, I like it, but that's too expensive for me. I wish I could find front end protection that's not so expensive!

if you know how to weld you should build one your self. took me like 300 bucks to build mine out of aluminum and steel is much cheaper

Oh man, I wish I knew how to weld! I've looked for community colleges in the area, but they don't offer classes.
I have sliders on the way and I have no idea how I'm going to get those welded on. I tried posting a thread in the Texas thread for suggestions for a good shop, but no luck.

i chose to use aluminum because it wont rust, and its Way lighter, my whole bumper only weighs 50lbs and its made out of 1/4 inch aluminum so its damn strong too

I called D.O. today for an eta to get one for my fiance's truck and it didn't seam like they were going to roll out any time soon. They said they had only produced one and didn't record the spec's for the laser cutting. Said they could make me a custom one for around $800-1200 and would need to have my truck for 3 days. So it looks like anyone who likes it will need to call them to push them to mass produce it in order to get the cost down. For that cost i found 2 other bumpers that i like just the same that i wont have loose the truck for 3 days to get.
