I currently have a 2.5" rough country top mount spacer lift installed. The truck is a 03 dc v6 4x4 with 230,000. The ride isn't as bad as I had expected using the spacer style lift. The rear is lifted with shackles. I was considering ordering a different setup for the front to get more lift. My question is, if i was going to change from the spacers, what would I want to use instead. I have read tons of threads about this, but I just want a little more lift than what I have. Would coils be sufficient with some new shocks, or would coilovers be better?

    Thanks

What would be the best brand to go with? I really don't want to drop $1000 just for front suspension.

I looked at the coil overs from toytec and they were running about $700?
